At DK Inflatables we understand that sometimes things pop up! We have a no-fee cancellation policy and you can cancel your booking at anytime we just ask you give as much notice as possible.
For bookings that have placed their order more than 4 months in advanced and paid a deposit we do require 4 weeks notice for cancellation. If 4 weeks is not given unfortunately we can not offer a refund on the deposit. All last minute weather related cancelation will be refunded.
Our standard hire is for a day. We deliver our castles between 7.30am - 10.30am and collection starts from 6.30pm.
We do offer later collection for an additional charge.

Next morning (collections from 7am) £25
We do offer a second day hire for a reduced price, however this is subject to availability and prices vary depending on inflatables. Please get in touch to find out more.
Each castle requires a clear, flat area with extra space around the sides for safety and equipment. On our website each castle has a description with dimensions on exactly how much space is required. We can also advise when you book to make sure it fits your garden or venue.
No, unfortunately we have a strict policy of not hiring our inflatables onto stones, gravel, decking or concrete.
We can only set up on grass for all of our inflatables, as the anchor pegs must be safely secured into the ground. Unfortunately, surfaces like stone, gravel, decking, or concrete don’t allow for proper anchoring, which makes them unsafe for use. We will not compromise on this as your child's safety is paramount for us.
Yes! We have castles suitable for indoor use at community halls, sports centres, and event venues. Please let us know the ceiling height and floor space before booking.
For safety reasons, we can’t set up outdoors in extreme heavy rain or high winds (gusts of 24mph) . If the weather looks poor, we’ll contact you to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options.
Yes, our inflatables require a standard household plug socket. We bring all necessary extension leads (up to a safe distance).
Setup usually takes about 10–20 minutes depending on the inflatable and access. Collection takes about the same. We’ll arrange convenient times that fit your event schedule.
Absolutely. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized after each use and fully inspected for safety. We’re fully insured and comply with all relevant UK safety standards (including PIPA).
No, unfortunately none of our inflatables are suitable for adult use.

We offer FREE delivery on all of our castles when we deliver within our set delivery area.
Just outside of our delivery area? Not a problem! Depending on available delivery time slots we can deliver to your area for a small delivery charge. Just get in touch with us today!
Yes — a responsible adult must supervise at all times. We’ll give you safety instructions when setting up.

Inflation time depends on the size of the bouncy castle. Our smaller inflatables take around 30 seconds to inflate and our larger inflates can take around 2 minutes.
Yes, you can put the bouncy castle down at any point you simple turn off socket and unplug. It will slowly collapse - please ensure all children are removed from the castle before deflation.
